Can’t afford fees but want to sell  business? Don’t be put off! We have a database of retained acquirer clients which means no fee for the vendor. We cannot guarantee a match but we can advise accordingly. Please see a selection of our registered acquirers.

Valuation-only service

Are you simply looking for a valuation only at this stage to get an idea before commiting to a sale? Perhaps you need a valuation for insurance purposes, as part of an internal MBO, shareholder dispute or to raise capital for growth. Whatever your reason, we can provide a full professional business valuation. And the fee paid towards this will be offset against any future sale fee should you decide to sell with us at any point in the future!

We value businesses all the time for owners and other professional advisers and note that many vendors are given false hope on business valuations by brokers simply to secure the customer. Consequently their business never sells. We use our own in-house developed Acquis valuation model using several different methods to give an accurate valuation that ensures a realistic asking price when you decide to put your business on the market. We look at a range of factors when reaching a valuation looking beyond just historical accounting information.

We will also update this for free anytime in the future should you decide not to proceed with the sale right now.


We have previsouly held a number of Seminars in London and Birmingham focused primarily on selling businesses and mergers & acquisitions. Unfortunately, over the years so many of these have cropped up all over the country with brokers simply using it as a way to pitch for business and the real reasons of using this as an educational tool has been lost. We have now opted to use our expertise to regularly run “surgeries” in various parts of the UK focused entirely on one-to-one sessions with our clients whatever their strategic options.
