Paul is the Founder and Senior Partner of Richmond.  With over 30 years in the Printing & Packaging industry at CEO/MD level, Paul leads all areas of New Business Development, Marketing and Client management and communications.  He also provides non-executive services, Strategic Consultancy and full M&A deal management and senior negotiations.  Paul has written numerous academic papers, press releases for various media and presented at a number of conferences, seminars and universities.

Paul is a Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the CIM and a Fellow of the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing.

Paul completed his MBA at Loughborough University Business School obtaining a pass with distinction.

He has now returned as a Board member and serves on the Strategic Advisory Board at Loughborough University.

kevin A Chartered Management Accountant, Kevin is a specialist in financial strategy and serves as both a Partner and Financial Director to Richmond.  He administers all regulatory requirements and IT systems, and heads our business valuation section.  Kevin provides non-executive services and strategic financial consultancy to clients as well as leading sale negotiations managing deals through to completion.  He holds an MBA in multi-national finance from Cranfield University.

martin As part of the senior management team, Martin is responsible for all client support and programme management from engagement through business marketing to due diligence.  He also manages client acquisition research projects plus our own integrated marketing. He holds an MSc in International Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
